PRACTICE EMPHASIS AND EXPERIENCE
Andrée's practice focuses on estate planning, estate settlement, and real estate and business transactions. She works with clients at all financial levels involving both simple and complex estates and business matters. She represents owners with significant real estate or business holdings who have potential risk of estate tax liability. Andrée assists such clients in developing an estate plan and/or business succession plan designed to reduce estate tax liability and facilitate the orderly transfer of real estate and business interests by lifetime gifting, sale at retirement and/or transfers after death.
