Betty represents individuals, businesses and developers in real estate matters and business transactions. She handles both commercial and residential leasing, simple and complex land transactions, land development, financing and construction issues, buying and selling property, easements, boundary disputes, and most other property and business issues. Betty also forms business entities, works with shareholders, financing issues, asset purchase and sales, software, manufacturing and other contractual issues and most other transactions for closely held businesses.
