Betty represents individuals, businesses and developers in real estate matters and business transactions.  She handles both commercial and residential leasing, simple and complex land transactions, land development, financing and construction issues, buying and selling property, easements, boundary disputes, and most other property and business issues.  Betty also forms business entities, works with shareholders, financing issues, asset purchase and sales, software, manufacturing and other contractual issues and most other transactions for closely held businesses.

  • Represented one of the largest national homebuilders for over ten years helping in land acquisition, land development and related matters. 
  • Represented several major businesses in commercial lease and financing matters, asset sales and mergers and other matters.
  • Represented a wide variety of small businesses in day-to-day legal matters, many of which have grown into large businesses.  Some of those businesses are now run by the next generation, whom Betty continues to represent.
