FORECLOSURE PARALEGAL POSITION.

Hanson Baker Ludlow Drumheller P.S. is looking for an experienced foreclosure paralegal to work part-time (20-25 hrs/wk).  Candidate must have knowledge of foreclosure laws, the ability to thoroughly review loan documents, research property records, review and index TSG's, strong communication skills, the ability to calculate interest, late charges, etc. and must be proficient in Office 2007, Outlook scheduling and Excel/Word mail merge.
